Terms & Condtions
By commissioning me, the client agrees to all of my Terms of Service.
Explicit credit is required for any artwork used. For models, please credit me in Twitch panels and or bio.
I reserve the right to stream commissioned work and display it in my portfolio, unless discussed with client.
Payment will be paid either as a half deposit or fully upfront before starting. Final payment will be expected upon completion.
Refunds will only be given if I am unable to deliver the model due to extreme circumstances.
Commissions are for personal use only. Usage of my artwork as any form of cryptocurrency or NFT is strictly forbidden.
Commercial usage of the models should be discussed with me prior; commercial fees may apply.
References for models are required for any project (except for character design). I will not accept moodboards or photos as references.
